The property was quiet and spacious, very good value for money, the owners were nice and very helpful, they were quick to answer when I asked to extend my stay and helped accommodate me for the extra few nights.
No complaints.

Really nice place, close to Mutley Plain. Only stayed for a night to go to a gig at The Junction, so ideal for me.
Some signage would be helpful, as I was initially unsure if I was at the right place.
