Loved the open plan layout and cosy front room. . The garden is excellent for the dog as it was fully enclosed. Ample space in the kitchen and large dining area for entertaining. The showers were heavenly ! Overall presented very well.
The sky light is a great feature maybe a little curtain would be beneficial to help with the glare of the sun.

Beautifully renovated, interiors were very well put together into a home which welcomed families to the quaint village of Winterton-on-Sea. The location was perfect distance to the beach - a safe walk of around 15 minutes.
The stairs are quite steep. It didn’t bother us however it might for some.

House was spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped with a super enclosed garden. Location was superb within walking distance of the beach, pub, cafe and shops.
