Fabulous hotel. Great room very large comfortable bed. Great gym and pool area

Great location and amazing staff

Everything is perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was colorful, fun, and unique, unlike any hotel I've stayed at. The rooftop pool deck was fantastic and the pool bar served great cocktails and appetizers. At night, the pool deck turns into a bar if you're looking for some close night life. And there's another great cocktail bar called Pagano on the 13th floor, also with good drinks. The hotel is very centrally located, just a block away from Parque Kennedy, so very walkable. And to top it off, we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday at the hotel, and they brought us a surprise cake to the room. Overall, it was a great experience and we will return.

Nice location

The keys weren’t working to go up the elevators so we tried going up the stairs which also needed the keys. Isn’t that a fire hazard? The buffet was also not as great as they’ve advertised it & the pool was closed off due to an influencer event. Could have at least given us a discount for not being able to swim at a pool we paid for. On booking.com it also told me I could get a free upgrade which is why I booked this, but definitely not true as they tried to charge me more when I got there.
