Friendly staff when asked for additional items like iron and extra tea coffee milk etc was there to help. Also able to leave car abit later on day leaving and this was free of charge. As always difficult to find parking. Say it was value for money, the bed was comfy and shower was good and quiet.
The furniture was abit tired the chair had seen better days, the carpet under the bed wasnt clean as could see bit underneath and plastic bottle tops and bits under it. the room had abit of a smell couldn't say what it was, maybe invest in a good air freshener.

Good location, clean bathroom facilities and bedding, towels provided at request, easy check in/out process & able to come and go as we pleased
Furniture dated and shabby, some attention to detail missing but well worth the room rate regardless. If you want luxury- don’t book, but it does the job to get a good nights sleep and to explore Skegness.

Basic facilities and a little bit shabby but functional and clean. The shower was actually really nice.
Pretty strong smell of damp with a view of a broken fence and some rusty junk
