Location was excellent,The Staff brilliant, excellent breakfast, and a lovely evening meal if you require one, at a good price
A great place to stay, for a short break in Skegness ,, this was our 2nd stay here and we will be going back next year

Location. Owners pleasant enough.
It was ok. Room was nice and warm. Beds comfy. Lots of milk in room.
Needed a more modern decor. Just not our style - dark wood panels, old fashioned and basic. Needed a better shower. Needed a higher quality breakfast. (my scrambled egg looked like mashed potato! ) Breakfast only from 8am -9am. Everything was 'just ok'
