Perfect communication with the host, the place is clean and well equipped (even details like different tea types etc...). Great satisfaction. I was affraid of the location - as it is some 15 min walk from subway, but some 2 meters in front of the house is a bus stop M15, leaving every 5-7 min and taking you in 4 minutes close to subway - you can use both directions (one direction in front of the house, other direction in parallel street - take you to A,C subway or J, M subway). Tip - use MTA app to check exact departures, tip2 - M15 goes directly to JFK airport - some 60-70 minutes (rush hour probably more), but takes you directly to Lefferts Blvd airTrain Station which offers free (not paid) access to airtrain.

All was great, thanks !

Great host & clean property & location

Was very spacious

People need to know that there are NO WINDOWS in this unit. We didn't realize that when we booked it. The host immediately texted to alert us to this fact, but it had been difficult to find a place big enough for 6, so we accepted this. People need to understand what this means. There is no natural light at all: it's like a tomb without lights on. There is no air from outside. For a time the wall units weren't functioning, and it became very clammy. The host fixed them, but overall the place feels odd because of this fact. I also don't get how it's legal. Other than this rather enormous fact, it's a pleasant place, as advertised.
