Stayed in the room with a loft. Was three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very well maintained and clean. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we had on the trip. Was continental but also had scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and good coffee.

The property was great! It’s clean, has everything we needed for our stay, the staff was super friendly and we were very comfortable. The only downside was getting to the property. If you’re not from Edmonton or know your way around, it’s a little tricky.

Pros
-Big TVs.
-Large rooms.
-Strong Wi-Fi.
-Under ground parking.
-Good coffee.
-Five minute walk to West Edmonton Mall. Entrance is close to Galaxy Land.
-Walking distance from many restaurants including Boston Pizza, and McDonald's.
-Liquor store and barber shop in same building.
-Free parking.
Cons
-Not much of a choice for breakfast
-We tried to check-in a half hour early but were told there would be a $25 charge even though our room was "technically ready." I didn't think that was good customer service.
-Kitchen didn't have plates, cutlery, paper towel etc.
-Extremely low water pressure.

Nice, clean, new hotel near WEM.
Rooms are very nice.
A little loud due to busy location near the mall.
