Look to under construction, wall paper peeling off walls on 7th floor

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The continental breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had at any hotel we’ve stayed at. The only cons were we had a room on the 2nd floor so the first night it sounded like the people above us were kicking soccer balls around until 1am, but that’s not the hotels fault. The other con was the sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom. If you got up at night to use the bathroom and had to turn the light on, it lit up the entire hotel room. We would stay here again simply for the continental breakfast and the close proximity to West Ed Mall.

One night stay with family, we had an excellent experience, friendly staff, good breakfast, bed is comfortable, room is clean, really nothing negative to say!

Hotel is under renovation after some water damage but overall it's always a great stay here

The floor we were on was under some repairs from a flooding issue (?). The initial room they assigned us smelled of mildew/musky. The hotel was good to change rooms for us, but just across the hall, same floor. Then that evevening there was a highly disruptive guest right next door to us. They were angry, yelling, swearing, throwing stuff etc. We tried to be patient, and wait it out, hoping they would settle down. We ended up calling down to the desk to make them aware, but couldnt even get through for 10-15 minutes. A staff meber answered the call but no one showed up to adress it. It wasnt until we had to call again, 20 minutes later, that we heard someone come confront the rowdy guests. It was about 2am before it was quiet enough for me and my family to fall asleep. Upon checkout the next day, I mentioned the disturbance to the front desk. They said they had read about the disturbance in their notes. They did offer a simple apology, and said that we should have asked for a room change. ?? I know that behaviors of other guests is not something a hotel can control, but how to respond and handle it, is there responsibility. We were just not very impressed with the stay.

We stayed for 6 days and only recieved a room clean once in those 6 days. Even after asking before 11 one day which we were told needed to be done to have our room cleaned.... it was not! I don't understand why you have to basically beg to have your room cleaned at any hotel especially a Hyatt. The hotel had severe water damage to most of the central rooms on each floor they did try to not be noisy too early though a few mornings we were woken by hammering and banging.

Hotel was dealing with water loss and thus there were many restoration people coming and going yet the hotel forced me to walk to lobby to get my skip order which was left on the bench in lobby. Very inconvenient

There was a water main break, although they were working to clean up and restore, the staff and hotel were very professional and the hotel did its best with the situation!

Very convenient specially when you visit West Edmonton Mall

In the review of my last stay I complimented the Hyatt restaurant/lounge for service and food quality. It was clearly lacking on this trip.

Nice place to stay for your money

We arrived at 3:30 and room was ready to go. All staff on hand we encountered were friendly. Had a nice quiet stay.

Great hotel for larger families. Great breakfast

It was awesome. Rooms were a tad cold but loved the adult only pool time and hot tub.

Friendly service. Comfortable bed, good free breakfast, convenient location. I appreciated being able to be checked in early given my early flight. Spacious room and nice lobby area. The bathroom in my room needed a little more attention in terms of cleaning, but overall very good.

It's a good hotel overall. The only thing I was disappointed was the variety of the breakfast. It would nice to add some pancack or waffle makers to make the breakfast menu more complete. Also, one thing I would recommend is having coffee in the breakfast area and the staff constantly check to makesure there is coffee available to guests.

The staff are amazing, polite, respectful and good customer service. Breakfast is amazing. The only thing, the room is small and not what it looks like on photo. Other than that I would definitely visit and recommend.

Pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of the day and our 3 year old wasn’t able to swim in the pool or go in hot tub, which he was really looking forward too and part of the reason we booked this hotel..He was very upset. Nowhere was it posted anywhere that the pool would be closed.

Was a clean and relatively quiet stay even over New Years.

Absolutely amazing stay. The staff were so pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is the best I have ever had!!! I would return just for the breakfast alone!! Only reason for 4 star on cleanliness is, as we pulled off the cushions on the hide-a-bed and pulled the bed out, mini Oreo cookies fell the floor showing that area wasn’t cleaned from the last visitors. Front desk was made aware and did apologize. Otherwise it was a perfect stay

Stayed for 2 nights and it was worth the price, my kids loved the buffet breakfast and the pool.

We like the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and amenities are an excellent addition for the kids.

Everything was great except for the noise from other rowdy guests throughout the night in the hallway. Was woken up several times.
