We arrived and ask if possible could we check in early, the lady at the desk was not great with customer service. Without saying anything to us she called someone and then I hung, nothing, I ask was it possible to check in early? She responded no and check in is not until 3 Angila. I found this comment was unnecessary.
This was the only issue we had and we did not contact front desk for anything else including checking out.
