This is by far the most clean and pet-friendly family home we’ve stayed in Central Oregon or the Oregon Coast. The communication with Village Properties was outstanding and the check-out responsibilities were so minimal making leaving after the week so easy. Excellent value and the perfect amount of space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house accommodated our family of 8 very well. One of the main reasons we selected this house was that we have a daughter in a wheelchair and needed a home with a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor. There was only one step from the driveway entrance into the house. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. It literally had everything we needed.

Great spot, fun times

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked well for our family vacation. It was comfortable and had almost everything we needed for our group, including the dogs. The downfall was that the sofa bed in the office was not usable. The mattress is so old that there is no support at all, and it was dirty. The staff at Village Properties went to great effort to provide an alternative bed, but the mattress must be replaced. The location was good, and we appreciated the easy access to trails. We made several bike and walking trips to the river and Cardinal beautiful!
