These trails are ideal for bikes, scooters (non-motorized), walkers, joggers and Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes only. You can often bike to The Village at Sunriver, Nature Center, pools, restaurants, and around the resort without needing a car. This is by far the most clean and pet-friendly family home we’ve stayed in Central Oregon or the Oregon Coast. The communication with Village Properties was outstanding and the check-out responsibilities were so minimal making leaving after the week so easy. Excellent value and the perfect amount of space.

This house accommodated our family of 8 very well. One of the main reasons we selected this house was that we have a daughter in a wheelchair and needed a home with a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor. There was only one step from the driveway entrance into the house. We were surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. It literally had everything we needed.

The house worked well for our family vacation. It was comfortable and had almost everything we needed for our group, including the dogs. The downfall was that the sofa bed in the office was not usable. The mattress is so old that there is no support at all, and it was dirty. The staff at Village Properties went to great effort to provide an alternative bed, but the mattress must be replaced. The location was good, and we appreciated the easy access to trails. We made several bike and walking trips to the river and Cardinal beautiful!
