The size of the property was perfect for a family of 4, gorgeous views of the ocean from the wrap around balcony. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We struggled a bit keeping the thermostat to stay at the temperature we set it at. We have a nest too, but there must have been a program that was overriding it.

Die Unterkunft von Ahana und Paul ist wirklich besonders. Man hat sehr viel Platz, eine große Loggia mit Blick aufs Meer, 2 Bäder und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist super! Zu verschiedenen schönen Stränden kommt man sehr schnell. Dazu ist alles was man für den Strand brauchen könnte auch vorhanden. Sonnenschirme, Stühle, Taucherbrillen, Bodyboard…. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt, den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

The people that live in the building are very nice and friendly. The pool is great and very clean! The condo is spacious and all of the outdoor spaces with the large patios are nice to have. The condo was clean and the kitchen had plenty of kitchenware to cook with. The easher and dryer is nice to have although the dryer is SO noisy that we didn't want to run it in the evening because we didn't want to disturb the neighbors. I did have to to reach out to the host many times during our stay and they were quick to respond.

The A/C does not work well enough to cool the condo. It was consistently over 75 degrees and often got up to 77-78. In the property description it states that you must keep the AC at 75 but doing so will make the condo 77-78 degrees. The thermostat is also remotely monitored. I contacted the host many times and they gave me instructions on how to set the hold feature on the thermostat but it would not stay on! I was up all night trying to cool it down. It would run for about 30 seconds then shut off for 2-3 minutes. This constant switching on and off was disruptive but it was too hot to sleep anyway. I met a neighbor that used to live in this unit and they confirmed that the AC was not good. I'm all for trying to conserve energy and I would have been happy to have set the thermostat at 75 if doing so would have kept the property at 75 degrees but I am paying to be comfortable and at the end of the day I would like to be able to sleep.
