Holualoa Bay Villas, Unit#103 is absolutely GORGEOUS! This beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is right in the heart of Kailua-Kona, just across the street from the ocean, specifically gorgeous "Holualoa Bay".
Watch waves crashing against the rocky coastline, outrigger canoe paddlers and spectacular gorgeous sunsets right from your HUGE 280 square foot lanai. Lyman’s surf break, beaches and shopping all are close by!
1232 interior square feet of just gorgeousness. A comfortable fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer access, 2 large bathrooms, an Ocean Facing Master Bedroom with King Bed, & A Generously Sized Guest Bedroom as well with 2 Twin Sized Beds.
Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.

Central air conditioning keeps the unit cool on sunny afternoons.
A large sliding door connects the master bedroom to the lanai and invites the ocean breezes into the room. The master bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, and a large, walk-in tile shower with glass doors. Great location and the ac was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. The host was also very helpful when we had any questions. Definitely will rent again if available during our next trip!

Excellent condo rental. Location was great. Super clean, view from the patio is just like the photo. Air conditioning worked great all week. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were marginal.
