We loved the location. It was a nice and quite place yet very close to the main places. The room as surprisingly spacious and with two full bathrooms which was great for our family of four. Would definitely book again.

Online check-in directly, no need for in-person check in, instructions were very clear to locate the place.

Super convenient and no-nonsense. If you need an awesome, clean, convenient place to stay, and don’t need the frills of a luxury hotel, this is an amazing choice.

Very central location and easy check-in. The staff communicated via messages and WhatsApp and it was super smooth.
Could get a bit noisy and people could see in if you didn't use the blinds. Esp in the morning there were more noise due to the canal running just by the room windows (deliveries, traffic in general) however unless you are extremely sensitive it wasnt any issue.
Rooms were clean and the area was very easily accessible to the rest of Venice
