Location was superb
No tea or coffee left, lots of little flies, front room window handle wouldn't lock, bed rather lumpy, flat was good but addressing little things could make it great.

Good location for the train and tram
It was ok value for money and only needed a sleepover
It really needs updating
No tea towel even after we asked if we needed one
Oven gloves would be good too
