The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and was in a great location close to the beach and bars, host was excellent and always around to help
The reviews mentioned the stairs but we didnt take into account how many stairs we would need to navigate 4-6 times per day,
I booked the most expensive room so thought we were staying in Penthouse II so was very disappointed on arrival to discover we had a small terrace with no sunbed or dining area as it was penthouse I but I guess it was my fault for not realising there were two different penthouses

zentrale Lage, Zwei Räume, flexibler und sehr netter Gastgeber
keine echten schränke, nur eine Kleiderstange neben der Küche. Bad riecht immer muffig. der Ausblick von den zwei Balkonen ist nicht schön.

Rooftop terrace with hot tub. Comfortable seating and Sunbed
If you are less mobile the stairs can be hard work but the friendly owner will help with your cases.

The room was very nice big, with 2 balconies.
the location was also nice. Was placed on silent side street to main street , luckyly the club just in front of hotel was closed down
The cleaning only showed up once the whole week ( and didnt clean the bathroom that 1 time)
Think it is a stretch to call it reception staff, as there is no reception on the property, but you get a WhatsApp number to contact eact time you need something. Same goes the the desciption of rooms ,with terraces , which was not for all room ( mine only had balcony), and there were no commom terrace.
The restaurant the mention, and seating for that, Never heard of it, nor saw any place it could have been
