The staff were very hospitable efficient & friendly and provided an excellent breakfast, also a secure luggage whilst we visited the US embassy which was a 15 minute walk way.The room was decorated to a high standard and very clean.

Great professional team. Very close to the underground.

Our room was quiet, despite being over a pub. There was a fan that kept the room cool. The location was very handy for the US Embassy or Battersea Power Station.
We had to leave quite early and they offered us a continental breakfast since we couldn't stay for a cooked breakfast. The man we spoke to the evening before kept saying all they could offer was a bacon sandwich, though we're vegetarians, but in the morning, they gave us cereal and toast and fruit.
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a real lack of shelves/cupboards/drawers or a chair or basically anything to put stuff on. We had to put our clothes and toiletries on the floor. The room was very small.

"La colazione ci è piaciuta molto, ma secondo noi si potrebbe ampliare un pochino la scelta. Per il resto è un'ottima colazione, già abbastanza abbondante. Complimenti! ⭐"
