The hotel was in a great location, with museums, the Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens/ Palace as well as great places to eat within 10 mins or so walk. All of the staff we met were friendly, welcoming and helpful and check in was very easy. We were able to leave our case safely on arrival (as we arrived early), as well as for a few hours after we checked out.
The room was comfortable and afforded enough space.
The price was very high for the facilities on offer we felt. We do recognise of course it is central London, and there is a large premium. No hand towel was provided. We were in a lower ground basement room, so there was some minimal tube train noise.

Close to variety of transport
Comfortable bed and pillows
Check in staff very helpful organized early access to the room after spending the night at Heathrow due to airport shutdown.

Good location and nice breakfast which I took only on my last day of staying in the facility.
The rooms appear too small compared to standard rooms in Nigeria. If you are of a plus size in shape, the bathrooms may not be suitable for you.
