Ruby Zoe Hotel London by IHG

Ideal location in Notting Hill Gate. Fantastic rooms. They couldn’t put us close together, but it didn’t matter too much. Both rooms were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor was beautiful. Loved the extra touches in the rooms like the Marshall speakers. And the shower gel smells amazing!

Having robes in the room would have been a good extra touch, especially as you’ve got floor to ceiling windows. Yes, you can pull the mesh curtains across, but you also want to enjoy the views.

Great breakfast, everything one could want. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, modern, and extremely quiet, with a luxurious, comfortable bed and linens. The shower was wonderful. Excellent location! Wonderful view! I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff were lovely. We met Carolina, Zainab, David and Carlos and all were so helpful and kind. The breakfast had plenty of continental options Room was clean Water was hot Bed comfortable and big Plenty of space in the room Giant window which was clean and had a good view across town

The cost of the room seemed very high for what you receive. The shower is a glass cubicle on the edge of the bedroom and there is a curtain that runs around the outside of it which you pull to have privacy. The toilet is immediately next to the shower and is small so there is minimal space to get in and out of the shower. There was a narrow desk and a chair so you could do work if you wanted to. Other than the giant window, it felt like a budget room with standard fittings. We paid £288 for the room and although the breakfast was pleasant with many cold options, we would have thought there might be a hot option for the price we were paying.

Hotel was nice, clean and in a good location.

Unfortunately, I got zero sleep. My room was on floor 1 and every time someone above me flushed or took a shower it sounded like the water was raining from the ceiling. The plumbing is very noisy. The AC is also very noisy and constantly rattled throughout the night.
