The friendliness of the staff, who were so welcoming and the cleanliness - the room was spotless.
They were so dog friendly, especially bringing snacks for our dog
The hotel needs a bit of updating, all the decor a bit tired, and worn.

Proximity to park and plenty of food places to choose from nearby
Furniture could do with a bit of an update

Great location close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Good access to the Lancaster Gate Underground station. The breakfast was good with a great coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good.
There was some noise at night from a wedding at the hotel and from the street, but it mostly quieted down around 10:00 pm.
