I had a wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming and communicated clearly throughout my visit. The space was spacious, clean and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house for a wedding. It was a short drive from downtown and was the perfect size for our group of six adults and two children.

Barbara was a wonderful host! Communication was prompt when needed. The house is immaculate and you can tell how much pride she takes in her property. Beds were all extremely comfortable and the furnishings were great. My kids really loved the pool table! Perfect for our trip down to visit the area colleges.

Beautiful Property, but Needs Better Maintenance & Attention to SuppliesWe recently stayed at this property with a large group. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the air conditioning worked well despite temperatures in the mid-90s.The outdoor spaces were a highlight. The shaded outdoor dining area was perfect for breakfast, and the firepit seating area was comfortable with excellent afternoon shade. The front porch also provided valuable extra space for our group. While the property has great potential, it needs more consistent maintenance. During our stay, we reported several broken or missing items and provided a detailed list at checkout. Issues included a wobbly kitchen faucet, a non-functioning stove exhaust fan, unsecured trash can pull-out tracks, and a refrigerator warning that the water filter required replacement.Additional concerns included a loose toilet paper holder, multiple loose doorknobs, a missing upstairs shower liner, a difficult-to-operate sliding glass door, and bedroom noise machines & portable fan that could not be used because power cords were missing. Outdoors, the grill cover was damaged, and there were no seat cushions for the patio or porch furniture.Basic supplies were also lacking. No dish towels were provided in the kitchen, there was no hand towel in the powder room, and a full load of linens had been left inthe dryer from the previous cleaning. If these items are addressed, this could easily be a 5-star property.
