I rented this house with two others for a writing retreat and the size and number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our needs. The interior of the house feels very refined. The master bedroom in particular felt luxurious and well appointed. The bathrooms were all clearly renovated and in good shape. The showers all had good water pressure. The fact that there were almost as many bathrooms as bedrooms was also a big plus for us and something I rarely find in house rentals. The kitchen was large and well appointed. Though we did not cook, it looked like we could have given all of the available equipment. The kitchen island seating was some of the most comfortable I have seen and was even able to work there one morning. The dining table was also large and a convenient place for us to work. The living room was also large and comfortable. Though there were only three of us, the living room could have easily sat 6-8. Finally, the outdoor space was perfect for our little party. It might be tight with more people and it does face an abandoned lot. I would highly recommend that people who stay here rent a car to get around as most of the main shopping/dining is best accessed by car.

The property was very conveniently located to the activities for our stay! Plenty of room for our group and absolutely no issues whatsoever! Great house!
