A lovely few nights spent at Villa Evelyn Terrazzo. The views from the property are absolutely incredible, you couldn't be closer to the lake if you wanted and the beds are very comfortable. There are also beautifully manicured and extensive grounds to explore. Internally, the property appears to have been recently renovated but is slightly lacking on the finer details however I don't think you'd really notice when you have that view out of the window! For the price we paid, it's great.
I feel like the property could do with some higher quality furniture and finishes inside. It would also greatly benefit from some new furniture on the terrace as it wasn't the most comfortable and felt a bit cheap. Also just an fyi, the third bedroom with the bunk beds does not have a window as it is an internal room - not ideal for most!

Our stay at Villa Evelyn was one of the highlights of our trip to Lake Como. The villa is beautiful, with breathtaking views that are even more impressive in person than in photos. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The location is perfect for exploring the lake while still offering a peaceful place to relax after a busy day. Waking up to the scenery each morning was unforgettable.
I would happily return and would recommend Villa Evelyn to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay at Lake Como.

Excellent apartment and spectacular views. The terrace overlooking the lake was lovely and the apartment was spacious. There is no parking with the property but we were able to get a free park down the road for the duration of our stay. Easy walk into Menaggio and the ferry port. Property agents were welcoming and had good communication.
It was great but very hot given the recent heatwave temperatures. Fine if windows open - but at night needed to shut the mosquitoes out so uncomfortable to sleep in bunk room.

Het terras met uitzicht op het meer
De bedden en kussens - de bank in de woonkamer (helemaal doorgezakt) - de tuinman die een ochtend met de bladblazer aan het werk was.
