The property was nice and clean, large living room with TV and good seating capacity.

Initially it was a bit unclear who to contact for assistance. English communication is not good at all, French is okay. Use of gas was mentioned not to be part of the price, which renders the kitchen quite useless without it. I tipped staff (Angelo) very well for help, and we were mutually very respectful, although communication was difficult in English. Staff could cook very well. However, in general, I highly recommend to get the ingredients yourself to be sure of quality and fair prices. The Atlantis supermarket around the corner is fairly priced. Unfortunately I assumed a fair price for gas consumption from the kitchen, but for 3 times cooking (ate outside often), a pressure sensor (LP/in2) was connected and I was told it costed 125,000 BIF. When asked about consumption 1kg was mentioned, although there was no scale involved. Later, when asked to another staff member he pointed to the pressure, that the gas tank was almost emptied half. The tank is 25.6kg. So I messaged for clarification. Hopefully this can be resolved. So if you decide to stay here, I highly recommend discarding the kitchen gas completely and just eat outside.
