Reviewer Comments:
From the very beginning, Charline was very accommodating in making changes to the original booking including providing a cot and highchair for our 15month old granddaughter and adding a late checkout when our flights changed. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was ideal for us; the pool was a great temperature from morning until evening with a calming view over the water, the hot tub was very well used and we ate out every night using the BBQ on a couple of nights. A couple of issues cropped up during our stay but these were resolved. If you like seafood, Lobster Lady is a must try and Amore was also very good. These are both genuinely within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments:
We are a family of 4 and we rented the Villa Sunshine for 2 weeks in July 2025. The house was fantastic and lovely exactly as per the pictures. Modern, fresh, clean and new. The house feels quiet and peaceful and at the same time, we were walking distance to everything (Publix, shops and restaurants) which was a big plus and only 30 mn from Fort Myers Beach. We loved it every second of it and we had a great vacation! Special mention to Charlen and Kevin our hosts who were very helpful, responsive and accommodating.
