Great location right next to the castle. Private off street parking. The email we got before arrival was helpful in terms of easy access, and there are god instructions for all the appliances. The cottage is finished to a very high standard and there's a good kitchen. We only had one interaction with the host, who responded in a friendly helpful way to a report of a broken toaster and replaced it within hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for couples on vacation.
Nothing really. Just note that the stairs are steep and would not be good for anyone with poor mobility, and the car park is quite small, so turning a large estate car was a bit challenging but perfectly do-able.

Centrally located for exploring Ludlow & beyond but also nicely quiet when it came to time for sleeping. Really well kitted out with everything thought of for our two night stay. Parking in the centre is an absolute bonus and gave us peace of mind.
If we were being really picky it would be that the sofas are very firm and not the most comfortable to sit on, altho they do fit the lovely decor perfectly.

Stairs were dreadful for older people to carry luggage etc
