The location is very good. The supermarkets, the beach are nearby.
The building itself is new and clean as well as the parking and territory.
The view is stunning!
Its not a luxury. Its just a new 3 bedroom appartment on the 4th floor.
No private pool, as mentioned in the ad. This was a COMMUNITY pool, which is shared by all the guests in the 4 floor building!
No shampoo, no soap in the toilets.
The bed linen is not fresh at all, as well as towels.
The toilet in the guest bathroom was wobbling
The openings for the electrical outlets were left exposed
I would call it luxury, its just a renovated 3 bedroom appartment.
