Very reasonable price, decent location in a quiet residential area, near a large shopping mall and a tram station. Heater and air conditioner helps keep the room very comfortable. Clearly the building is old but it's largely clean and cosy, good shower and toilet.
The fridge is really loud, and it's near both the desk and the bed. The check-in website is very unresponsive, the final button just doesn't click, took me about four tries filling in the whole thing until it worked. Found some plates that had old food on them. WiFi login was a bit confusing because the signage is dated, the nams of the router was changed at some point.
