The host, Giulia is very responsive and kind. Easy access, great area, close to centre and safe.
The apartment is cosy and well furnished.
The wifi works well.
It was clean overall,
Location: the only point is that, although is on the 5th floor, is very noisy when windons are open as pleanty of pubs in the area.
Also, the bedroom is on the internal courtyard––lightly throught the night and can hear other flats noises.
Carpet and shower needed more deep cleaning.

We felt the location was great close to supermarket, eateries, shops
How difficult it was to enter the street gates a person from the premises helped us and also a bit dicey to open the door to the apartment.
Kitchen facilities were poor Eg no sharp knife no scissors and worst of all there was only 1 mug so pretty poor.
