Convenient to the Nashville fun and offered shuttle service
There wasn’t really convenient parking options was forced to use valet parking

The shuttle bus to town was great. Car hire office 10 mins walk away. Big rooms were very clean. Decent breakfast but ran out of milk two of the days.
Staff in the breakfast hall. Very rude and asking for tips all the time.

Converting the location to valet only was unexpected - I did not receive an email notification about that until the morning we were set to arrive. The service was unexpected and in my opinion awful to not have a self park choice on teh location - being directed to a distant parking lot after paying over $200 a night was ridiculous and a reason I will not book the hotel again in the future and business has me in the area every few weeks.
Valet only parking - rude check in staff

Bagno fornito di sapone, shampoo, balsamo e crema per il corpo, forse pochi asciugamani, ma ce li hanno cambiati il giorno successivo con i nuovi, abbiamo apprezzato ..."
