Host was very friendly and responsive following us being put into the wrong apartment due to a booking mix up and a couple of bits needed.
Bed and furniture was very comfortable and stylish.
Location was great and in easy reach of Munich.
Unfortunately, there were a few essential items for day to day living missing which would be really useful e.g. drying rack for washed clothes and hand towels. An info pack of leaflets and things to do in the area, where the bins are etc would be a nice touch, but all in all, we would return now we know what to expect. ☺️

My stay at Apartment Montenstraße 9 was truly relaxing. The location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from local organic grocery stores, making it convenient for all my needs. I loved taking leisurely strolls around the nearby lake, where I enjoyed the peaceful scene of children ice skating—such a charming winter atmosphere.
The apartment itself offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind while still being close to the heart of Munich. A perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility!
I believe it would have been beneficial if the owners provided details about how the key box looks, as that could ease the check-in process. Additionally, having extra trash bags in the kitchen would have been helpful.
