Spacious and well equipped. Good location. Our second stay. Will be back again.
Only feedback would be that we couldn’t access smart tv settings (were able to last year). Not so much an issue for us but more our daughter as she had additional needs and very specific entertainment needs! It’s not something that would deter us from staying again though and probably wouldn’t matter to most people I am sure. The rest of the benefits and positives of the property outweigh this minor thing.

This property has a great combination of original features and modern facilities. It’s spacious and has a good location in Beccles. The outside space is good in this hot weather

The location was perfect , close to supermarkets but not so close that it caused a traffic or noise nuisance! The property had everything that you would need and more to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.
There is nothing that we could think of that could have been better!
