The rooms are insanely beautiful, and compared to what you usually get in Europe they are actually big. Laura was very helpful and nice. She made sure we had a great stay.
It’s not something I personally disliked, but it’s worth keeping in mind when booking that there is no concierge service, and housekeeping is only available until 2 PM.

Room facilities, spa and sauna and shower were great. Cleanliness.
TV doesn’t have Netflix installed automatically.

State-of-the-art, modern and well thought-out design, every detail had been carefully curated and the room had an elegant feel.
The door to our room didn't close properly when we arrived, and we had to wait for a technician to arrive to fix it for us, which meant that we could not go out for the first 4 hours after we arrived. Although we were assured that someone would be at reception the whole time, so we could feel free to leave whenever we wanted, we preferred to stay in our room until the issue was resolved for peace of mind, as we did not wish to leave our belongings unattended,
