The location, view and staff were the best.
At our visit the hotel was having problems with hot water. They were kind to offer to move our room -

The location was great,
This is not really a hotel, it's an apart hotel. It's full of different area, some in a completely different building. The aircon did not cope with 36oc. What really annoyed me was I booked The Presidential Suite which clearly had a balcony with a direct view of The Spanish steps. We had no balcony and to see the Spanish steps you had to lean right out of the window and peer right. The cost was approx €1000 euros, we were disappointed.
