The hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and truly unique. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is stunning. Everything about the stay felt special, peaceful.

The historic space until getting to the room
The location is not easy to be reached by taxi until the front of the palazzo so often we have to walk a bit, and it’s not pleasant when it’s raining and on a steep road. The room is a bare minimum nice room, quite a “cold” room in spirit, very small room, and very disappointing for the price we paid. The amenities are “poor”. I also requested a late check out for two additional hours only, and it was refused. We have stayed in similarly ranked hotels in Italy, in Rome included, but were thrilled by every detail of the service, room, amenities... Not in this property unfortunately.
