All staff was extremely friendly, supportive and understanding, and spoke amazing english. They helped me order food and get around the city, and were happy to accomodate my breakfast wishes. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is a mixed sort of hotel and Hostel, with some shared rooms, and some private rooms. Overall it was a good experience. The private rooms we used were clean and confortable. The breakfast they offer also is ok. Good value for location option. Many small stores, restaurants and coffee places around.
The laundry area that is open for guests to use, was not as clean, but anyway was very usefull to be able to use the washer and drier there. (the hotel has around 4 of each type for guests to use).

Very good location for sight seeing. Public transport stops for bus and metro are nearby. Staff is very friendly. Ok for the price (we had 3 double bedrooms).
One room was not properly cleaned (dirty toilet) when we arrived. We had a non-smoking room but there was a stark smoking smell all the time in our room. It’s also a bit noisy (you can hear people using the toilet in nearby rooms).
It also a hostel and the reception / breakfast area ist a bit shabby.

The private rooms are modern and the furnishings are nice. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station and 2 stops on the subway to People’s Square. It’s convenient to get into the centre, but in a residential area. The staff are nice and polite.
The noise! I found it impossible to sleep at this hotel. The cleaners are very noisy from early in the morning. Unfortunately, they parked their trolley outside my room everyday and were there for the majority of the day. They bang the doors in and out of the rooms and when cleaning, they make a lot of noise. Not a relaxing stay.
The hotel is more like a hostel.

"Tutto! Avevamo la camera familiare 307: una piazza d’armi: soggiorno, salottino, camera con due letti matrimoniali (uno queen size per i bambini e l’altro king size per noi, di quelle dormite!), bagno..."
