The view was great, could even see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window. Sat on the terrace/balcony eating breakfast.
Only one small thing but not really a problem for us but the wash basin behind the toilet door restricts it opening fully.

The main feature, we think, is the location. Sox minutes’ walk from two different tram stops and bus routes. But not in a busy neighbourhood at all - a peaceful, nice residential area. Well served with Patisserie and restaurants. And the views! We spent a lot of time on the balcony.
The apartment is elegant and tasteful. It has everything you need. Caroline was helpful and friendly.
No negatives.

Fantastic location, loved the balcony overlooking Les Invalides and gorgeous central parkland. Extremely comfortable bed with a view of Eiffel Tower from bedroom window! Delightful, helpful host Xaroline made us feel very welcome.
It was very warm in September when we were in Paris and the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. Host Caroline had thankfully provided to pedestal fans which were certainly needed.

Caroline’s apartment was an amazing place to spend our 5 nights in Paris.
The beautiful spacious living room with very comfortable seating, balcony, wonderful views and so much light was such a treat in Paris.
The apartment was incredibly well equipped in every way, even with a selection of beautiful books to browse through.
The lift was an absolute bonus as we were there during the heatwave!
Thank you so much Caroline, your communication and helpful tips were much appreciated.
We would 100% recommend your apartment for any visiting this incredible city.
Nothing, but aircon would have been good during the extremely hot weather.
