No frills motel, no staff, nobody on the property. The room with king bed is small, only one towel hanger in bathroom. I am not sure if the floor ever vaccumed or mopped but it looks ok.

There were NO staff. Pick up keys and drop them off. Having said that the room was clean and well appointed.
It looks like it was very recently renovated
