Too many different codes

Lokalizacja doskonała. Lokal położony bardzo blisko centrum. Na parterze tego samego budynku był sklep spożywczy. Z okna widok na podwórze, ale także na najważniejsze zabytki Wilna. Okolica spokojna, bezpieczna, przy dużej ulicy, ale poza głównym ruchem turystycznym.

Gospodarze wymagali przesłania przez Internet kopii dowodu osobistego głównego lokatora. Ciężko z parkowaniem. Okolica objęta jest strefą płatnego parkowania, a podwórze budynku ciasne, zatłoczone samochodami, zastawiającymi się wzajemnie. Aby dostać się do lokalu trzeba było rozwiązać kilka "zagadek", ponieważ otrzymaliśmy pomieszane kody dostępowe (dla nie tego piętra). Pomógł nam inny gość tego obiektu, Meksykanin, który widząc, jak zmagamy się z próbą wejścia, zdradził nam, że borykał się z tym samym problemem. Nasz lokal był na 5. piętrze. Winda to istny zabytek. Choć my lubimy takie klimaty, to podróży nią nie polecamy ludziom o słabych nerwach.

Skvělá lokace. Jednoduché instrukce k self-check-inu. Super výtah. Byt byl prostorný a nabízel i částečný výhled na město. Na 4 noci to stačilo.

Kuchyňské vybavení bylo špinavé, museli jsme si vše před použitím znovu umýt. Zbytek bytu byl víceméně čistý. Trouba měla rozbité ovládání (šla použít, ale ovládání teploty a dalších pár věcí nefungovalo tak, jak má). Celkově to nebyla úplná katastrofa, ale příště bychom se v této cenové relaci poohlédli po jiném.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old USSR-era building, about a 3–5 minute walk from the train station. The elevator is very old and didn’t work for a couple of days during our stay. After booking, I received a questionnaire asking for a lot of personal information. Once it was completed, I started receiving many messages on WhatsApp, including repeated reminders to pay the tourist fee (which had already been paid through Booking). After clarification, the request was cancelled. One day before arrival we received detailed instructions on how to reach the building and find the keys, along with a long list of rules for guests. On the check-in day the same information was sent again. Unfortunately, when booking it’s impossible to know which specific apartment you will get. The flat we received was small, and the way the shower and toilet are installed makes the bathroom quite uncomfortable to use. The photos on Booking showed pots and a coffee machine, so we expected to be able to cook and make coffee. In reality there was only a small saucepan, and the coffee machine was hidden inside the kitchen cabinet. There was no salt, sugar, oil, or coffee capsules. We used the email mentioned in the instructions to ask if it was safe to drink tap water, but instead received a reminder to take out the trash. There were no separate bins for recycling, although in Lithuania people usually sort their waste, so we had to buy extra bags to do it ourselves. Before checkout we received another questionnaire asking to confirm our departure time, and after submitting it we were offered a late checkout, which we didn’t need.
