- it was clean - room was spacious - bathroom was clean and functional

-hotel staff are not very visible. They were in the back room and there wasn't really anyone around to greet us. There also is no hotel room phone to call the reception desk with so you have to physically go to them if you need something. - there was an automatic light in the room, which we tried to disable but could not... It turned on in the middle of the night twice and woke us up. This was a huge annoyance and affected our rest in a negative way. - there was a very strong perfume fragrance sprayed in the hotel foyer which actually made me feel sick. - the sauna was not complimentary and also was not very accessible (you had to make a reservation in advance just to use). - 1800 yen breakfast was tiny and the actual food wasn't very tasty. Not worth it.
