Great location, takes approx 15 mins to walk into the centre of York. House configuration worked well for us, plenty of beds and nice lounge/dining area to relax in. Lovely high street a minutes walk away for fab breakfast.
There’s only one shower (on the top floor) the bath in the main bathroom has a shower attachment but no separate shower cubicle. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, just hand wash, we had to nip out and buy shower gel.

It was a nice house with pleanty of room.
Some dust in places, hot tub water was a bit muggy, so like it hadnt been cleaned properly.
The noice from the road was bad, that cant be helped but it wasnt the best of location and parking was a nighmare.
Was a but of a walk into town.

Great location for walking into the city. Parking with a residents permit was good

Great location just outside the walls of York. Hot tub added bonus. Everything you need is there just to walk in and get started on your break.
It's an older building but very well maintained but there are are fair few stairs in the house. Only bathroom on ground floor is outside by the hot tub.
