We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The space is absolutely lovely — beautifully presented, comfortable, spacious, and with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore York while still providing a peaceful and enjoyable place to come back to. The property itself has a real sense of warmth and character, and we genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention has to go to the hosts, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful before and throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions and genuinely keen to make sure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! 😚

The hosts were very responsive and were able to answer any queries we had prior to our stay quickly. Check in was extremely quick and straight forward and the property itself was perfect for our group's weekend in York. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, with excellent added touches such as bathroom baskets containing make up remover and wipes as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen was well equipped and the handbook clearly provided all instructions for using the cooker and dishwasher. The location of the property was also perfect, easy to both walk into the city centre or taxi which made everything a lot easier for our group. Thank you so much for being amazing hosts and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone and we would 100% stay again!

Nothing, everything was amazing

Beautiful stylish large house in a perfect location for a girly trip. Around about 15min walk to the city. Plenty of room for us to have our own space in a quiet area. The main living room is beautiful with 3 big comfy sofas. Dishwasher was an absolute blessing for all the cups and glasses. Tea coffee dishwasher tablets toiletries we're all provided even facial wipes.

Top floor was extremely hot even with a fan provided. Kitchen cupboards were very high we needed a step stool. The little courtyard could have done with a bit of weeding and a yard brush to sweep up.
