The booking process. I was in a position where I had lost my debit card enroute to Scotland. It was quite a task to get the deposit details sorted out online

The apartment had everything you may need and was warm. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well . It was in good location.

The apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous guest on our arrival. Beds weren't made, tabletops were dirty. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. We found dirty dishes in the cupboard. There still was rubbish left from the previous guests. We had to clean most of it ourselves as the cleaning team only changed bedding the next day. Although, we asked for new bedding and towels to be provided the next day. I was expecting the place to be cleaned properly but they only changed bedding and provided new towels. In general , I think the apartment needs a deep clean. One of us had to sleep on the sofa due to the bedding being dirty on arrival. Although they have offered to give a full refund we had no choice but to stay there as it would have made it difficult for us to find a new place and would have ruined our plans in the area. Pictures shows how we found it
