The entire stay from start to end was great. We arrived earlier than expected due to train issues and we were able to call the hosts and arrange to store our luggage in the property and grab the key. The property was clean, well designed, and the air conditioning worked well. There was a great grocery about a 5 minute walk away and we were able to have all breakfast and two dinners in the room, using local produce found at one of the daily markets close by. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area as well. Everything we hoped to see and do was about a 30 minute walk at its farthest. The only issue I noticed was the the bathroom was small , and getting into and out of the shower was tight. But really not an issue as it was a wonderful home base while in Florence.

The room was just fine but the neighbor had an alarm going off. Management made the right call and moved us.
