A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
In the heart of the historical centre, a few steps away from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria, over the centuries numerous dwellings have been build inside the ancient Roman amphitheatre, traces of which are still visibile in the buildings in question.
The Anfiteatro Nascosto is in one of these, at your disposal as a perfect starting point for exploring the centre of Florence and its beauties, always being able to count on a flat that is elegantly furnished, frescoed and equipped with all the comforts for your stay in the city.
The flat is located on the third floor, reched by a peculiar staircase with a shape made unique by the history of the building.
Anfiteatro Nascosto consists of two rooms, in which there is a living room with a sheltered bedroom, as well as a mezzanine kitchen with an additional single bed and a windowed bathroom.
In the living room there are two sofas and a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: in addition to the gas stove, there are a traditional oven and a microwave, a kettle, a Moka and Espresso coffe machine, a toaster, refrigerator as well as a washer-dryer.
Above the kitchen, accessible by a small spiral staircase, there's an additional single bed in a loft space. A small bathroom with shower, WC and hairdyer completes the flat.
Experience the city like a Florentine: book your flat for rent in central Florence now and immerse yourself in the culture and history of the city.
New 2023: We replaced the windows to improve the soundproofing and thermal insulation of the flat.

The location is wonderful and the flat is a nice size. However, be forewarned, it located up four flights of stairs. Please ask the staff about how to work the lighting on the stairs.

Place is located spot on close to all of what want you want to see in Florence. Walking distance from Piazza Del Duomo, next door to Piazza Sante Croce which you can see from the window of the apartment, just to name those two. Check-in was not without anxiety as the number provided to open the main door on the street did not work. Luckily, the landlord was available on Whatsapp for helping and could get the door opened. The apartment was okay. Two down sides: 1) really nothing in the apartment like salt, pepper, oil. So if you are planning to cook on some days, you have to get everything. There was however a welcome bag provided with the bare minimum i.e. a few coffee capsules for the machine, some sugar, and then some soaps and shampoo. 2) The toilet was really stinky. Don't know if related to some plumbing issues but really smelled like sewage in there and had to leave the door closed so that it does not smell in the entire apartment. Bathroom was located just next to the kitchen table. But overall, location was hard to beat. A good spot for visiting just a couple of days as we did.
