Beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Close to the old town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was excellent and was always available if necessary. The very thoughtful treats he left for us were greatly appreciated and totally unexpected.

Everything was spot on. It would have been useful (and practical) to have two sets of keys. There are two flights of stairs, which was hard going with suitcases, so I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The property was beautiful, very comfortable and was really well equipped - everything had been considered and provided. Extra additional thoughtful touches were left on arrival - showcasing local treats and delicacies - and the owner was most helpful and responsive. The property is located a very short walk from Rethymno old town and in an area where a peaceful night's sleep was not a problem. Yes there are stairs which make getting heavy luggage items up to the 2nd floor a bit of a task - but do not be deterred, as what awaits you when you get there is really worth it. We made great use of the outside spaces - especially the upper terrace and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Imne.
