Ease and permanent communication with the host
Clear instructions for the stay, well equipped apartment, good wi-fi
Quiet and safe neighborhood
The location was suitable for my need, being close to my relatives home
Very cold in the apartament and especially in bathroom (reasonable temperature only after 4-5 days of stay).
The apartment is located in a basement and the building entry hall could be significantly cleaned and improved

Central in a really good location and parking outside just need to pay for it but inexpensive . It overall was clean especially the bedding which is super important to me. The host were really helpful and it was easy to check in and out. Although just be aware that there is a deposit you have to pay before getting into the property.
Parts of the Accomodation smelt damp and it could have been dusted better.
It was the best we could find for the price although still feel it was a bit much for what it was. The place could do with a revamp.
