large house, large kitchen to accommodate gatherings and eating, great selection of white good with multiple fridges / freezers, easy to find and park, separate large utility room that could be used to store wet walking gear
Small point but aga can take a bit of getting used to vs a conventional cooker (separate conventional cooker was also available, but for large group needed to also use aga)

Just incredible. Could not have had a better weekend .
Loads of space . Comfy beds. Perfect location to climb old man Coniston . Lovely showers with instant hot water. Beautifully furnished. Accommodating hosts.
