It was a lovely apartment and close to everything.
The issues which I did manage to resolve was met with politeness and an apology
No tea towels - personal items such as body jewllery found in an apparment that looked clean.
Some unessecary clutter like an empty plate rack left on the counter and two hoovers.
The bed was uncomfortably low for me.
Some mugs were put in upside down with residue of liquid in them.
The fire blanket was not accessible as it was on top of a cupboard and the fite extinguisher has its pin pulled out.
I was given the wrong appartment intially and this was sorted out within 20 mins. It was disconcerting for both myself and an occupant who was already there.

Lovely, cosy apartment! Location was great, right in city centre with basically everything you’d need at your doorstep. Apartment was very clean and had everything you’d need
