Sehr gute Lage, Restaurants und die historische Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung grundsätzlich ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und an den meisten Abenden konnte ich gut schlafen. Der Self-Check-in ist grundsätzlich gut durchdacht. Die Kommunikation ist schnell und freundlich.
Im Bad kam zeitweise ein deutlicher Kanalgeruch auf, der bis ins Schlafzimmer zog. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr hellhörig und akustisch kaum isoliert. In meiner ersten Nacht fand außerdem im Hinterhof eine sehr große Party mit DJ bis 2 Uhr morgens statt, vermutlich Pech, aber bei der beworbenen ruhigen Lage trotzdem ärgerlich. Der Self-Check-in ist zudem etwas komplexer, als er zunächst wirkt.

The location was great and was very close to restaurants, bars and the big attractions were all within 40 minutes walk. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
The wording on the description doesn't mention that you are getting 1 bedroom in a shared apartment of 3 rooms. The kitchen and dining room that are mentioned , are in the shared space. Also, in the pictures, there is a balcony, that was the main reason that we booked, but, only 1 room has a balcony, unfortunately, not our room. There was only a limited amount of hot water for the shower. So quick showers were required.
